At Exclusive Hoops, we strive to provide a high-quality basketball training and development experience for all our members. This refund policy ensures transparency and fairness while maintaining the integrity of our programs and operations.

1. No Refunds for Missed Trainings or Sessions

• Missed Trainings: No refunds will be provided for any missed training sessions, regardless of the reason.
• Accountability: Players are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions to maximize their development and the value of their membership.

2. All Sales Are Final

• Final Sales: Payments for training programs, club team fees, tournaments, and other Exclusive Hoops offerings are final and non-refundable.
• Commitment: By registering for our programs, participants commit to the schedule and financial obligations outlined.

3. Extenuating Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered only under the following extenuating circumstances:

• Death: A refund or credit will be issued in the case of the death of a registered participant or an immediate family member.
• Injury: Refunds or credits may be issued if a participant provides a valid medical document certifying that they are unable to continue participation due to injury.
• Relocation: Proof of permanent relocation outside the service area (e.g., utility bills, lease agreements) must be provided to qualify for a credit or refund.

4. Credits in Place of Refunds

• Policy Preference: In most cases, Exclusive Hoops will issue a credit for future services or programs instead of a monetary refund.
• Credit Validity: Credits must be used within 3months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5. Club Team Monthly Fees and Tournament Fees

• Monthly Fees: Club team monthly fees are non-refundable, even if a player decides to leave the team before the end of the season.
• Tournament Fees: Fees paid for tournaments are non-refundable, regardless of participation, as they are paid in advance to organizers.

6. Disputes or Questions

• All requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation (if applicable).

7. Acknowledgment of Policy

By registering for Exclusive Hoops programs or teams, all participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy.
